She is survived by: her husband Michael Macik; her daughters, Jennifer Sobieski (Kristopher), Jessica Polefko (Nathan), Heather Macik (Joe) and Jamie Macik (Malcolm); her grandchildren, Chastity, Camryn, Landen, Kaitlynn, Mikayla, Lilly, Abigail, Addison, Mason, Emma, Savannah and Jeffrey; and her sisters, Diane Lippart (Becky) and Linda May (Ron).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Rosanne.
