He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Red" Clarence and Violet Foutty; and his granddaughter Emily Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Foutty; his children, Jessika (Foutty) White (Chris White) and William Steven Foutty Jr. (Lindsay Myers); his grandchildren, Noah, Owen, Libby, Sara, Sam and Benjamin; and his sister Crystal Hetrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jean and Milton Cooper Pavilion Cancer Center.
