She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Gramling Belford and Earel Mylroie Belford. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather McCarthy and Brittany Harris; her granddaughter Kaelyn McCarthy; and her siblings, Diana L. Caldwell, Dr. Earel M. Belford Jr., Christina J. Hamilton and Mary L. Belford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
