She was predeceased by : her mother Dorothy; her husband Robert Chamberlain; her daughter Carol Spain; her siblings, Ronald "Gene" Kitchen and Patricia Knisley; and her siblings-in-law, Paul and Wanda Chamberlain.

She is survived by : her children, David Chamberlain (Myung), Tony Chamberlain (Jill Skaggs), Steve Chamberlain (Alice), Cathy Parks (Tom Loveless), Daniel Chamberlain (Moreen), Larry Chamberlain (Anna Marie) and Troy Chamberlain (Kellie Tolliver); her siblings, Richard Kitchen (Marge), Bobby Kitchen (Phyllis), Michael Kitchen (Teresa Applegarth), James Kitchen (Pam), Betty Bunnell and Mary O'Brien; her siblings-in-law, Marge Kitchen and Michael Chamberlain (Peggy); her granddaughter Misty Graham; and her great grandchild Elliott Chamberlain. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored their grandma.
