We bid farewell to LuAnn Mattox of Urbana, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 28, 2025 at the age of 65. LuAnn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly N. Horney (Harrison) and Charles A. "Butch" Horney; her parents-in-law, Pauline and Warren Mattox; and her brothers-in-law, John Woodruff and Randy Applegate.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Mattox; her children, Jessica Bryant (Jason), Ben Grooms (Sierra), Mistan Bailey, Heath Grooms (Amanda), Tina Gemienhardt and Stephanie Nichols (Garret); her siblings, Jeff Horney, Karen Applegate and Bruce Horney (Jenny); and her sister-in-law Karen Woodruff. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
