He is survived by : his wife Julaine; his sons, Otto Thomas III and William Andrew Lorenz; his grandchildren, Andromeda, Andy, Bella, Willow, Luke, Pike and Sophia Lorenz; his stepsons, Tristen and Jason; and his sisters, Lilli Lorenz Johnson and Suzanne Lorenz Brennan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
