He is survived by: his children, Philip Scott (Diann), Melanie Souder (Jeff), Kristine Goodman (Don) and Catherine Baltazar (Gustavo); his wife Evelyn; and his sisters, Betty Jane Burkett and Kathleen Guilford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
