He is survived by: his wife Fern L. Miller (Schaadt); his children, Steven W. Miller of Van Wert, Vicki L. Clark (Thomas) of Spokane and Deanna Ray (David) of Van Wert; and his grandchildren, Michael Clark (Abby), Josh Ray (Morella), Shelley Fischer (Nick), Amy Soares (Patrick) and Rocha (Danielle Ray). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
