He was predeceased by: his parent Ransom Talton. He is survived by: his parent Donie Talton (Ferrell); his spouse Joyce Ann Pope Talton; his children, Pamela J. Rethwilm (Craig), Johns, Paula T. Caldwell (Paul) and Phillip M. Talton of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Allison Talton and Devin M. Talton; his great grandchild Aiden; his sisters, Lois Murray of Lucama, NC and Ilene Ferrell of Fayetteviille, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Williams of Jefferson, NC, Don Pope (Georgia) of Garner, NC and Jerry Pope (Eunice) of Thomasville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to CHP Inpatient Hospice Center, 1159 Westwood Drive, Van Wert, Ohio.
