He is survived by : his girlfriend Michele Shuler of Decatur, Indiana; his sister Michele Thomas (Azeem Misih) of Paulding; his niece Ariel Thomas-Misih of Paulding; his aunts, Sue Thomas of Van Wert, Ardeth Edwards of Auburn, Patty Sheets of Traverse City and Joan Sheets of Fort Wayne; and his uncle David Sheets of Traverse City.
