He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Staley and Martha Staley (Roller); his wife Ruth Staley (Bader); and his daughter Patricia Ann Staley. He is survived by: his son Craig Staley (Kathy) of Middle Point; his grandchildren, Katelynn Hovlid (Shawn) of Middle Point, Jacob Staley (Brooke) of Van Wert and Kayla Schmidt (Collin) of Rockford; and his great grandchild Charlotte Hovlid.
