He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Spencer, Sr. and Mildred; his wife Louise; his siblings, James Spencer, George Spencer, Anne Puckett and Jackie Keen; his stepdaughter Sheila Besecker; and his former wife Patty Hix.
He is survived by: his children, Harry Richard Spencer, III (Charlotte) and Michelle Mendenhall (Dennis); his sister Debbie Steele; his stepdaughter Pam Hardwick (Dahle Smith); his stepson-in-law Jeff Besecker (Tracy); his grandchildren, Makayla, Elaina, Nova Spencer, Mike, Nick Hardwick, Glenn Besecker, Nathan Mendenhall and Carmen Marchal; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Catherine and Paige Marchal. He is also survived by his loving cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family & many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Harry to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
