She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Frey and Marjory Frey; her husband Richard Kinsey; her sister Mary Lecker; and her brother-in-law Ron Lee.
She is survived by: her children, April Meyers (Kevin) and William Young, Jr. (Sharon); her sisters, Carol Lee and Cindy Sparks (Ron); her grandchildren, Megan Reynolds (Kris), Bryan Stiver (Jennifer) and Phil Stiver (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Madison, Annaliesse, Jossalynn, Madelyn, Lucy and Theodore; and her stepchildren, Roxann Baker (George), Terry Kimbrell (Paul), Randy Kinsey (Darlene) and Bill Kinsey (April). She is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
