We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 65, Penny Noble of Vandalia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Jack Cavell. She is survived by : her mother Jeannine Cavell; her husband Richard Noble; her children, Chelsea Conklin (Christopher) and Chad Noble (Molly); her pet Lily; and her brothers, Bruce and Brooks Cavell (Jan).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Special Olympics Ohio, an organization Penny felt very strongly about or to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton in her memory.
