With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Phillips of Vermilion, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ray; her son Rick; her parents, Charles Schafer and Alice Amelia Schafer; and her brother William Schafer.

She is survived by : her children, Sharon Fahning (Tim) of Milan, Shannon Finley (Doug) of Estero, FL, Dennis Phillips (Leona) of Vermilion and Kris Phillips (Ellen) of Columbus; and her brothers, Charles Schafer of Vermilion, Al Schafer of Vermilion and Harold Schafer of Berlin Heights. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Kingston of Vermilion Activities Fund, 4210 Telegraph Ln, Vermilion, OH 44089.
