She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Palmer and Vera Palmer. She is survived by : her children, Kathryn Osborne (Scott), Stephanie Barton (Jeff), Rebecca Garrigan (Paul), David Pauly (Paula) and Vera Schaeffer (Chris); and her brothers, Douglas Palmer (Elaine) and Bruce Palmer (Candy). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne's memory may be made to Ladies of Grace, New Life Hospice, or the Lorain Metro Parks.
