She is survived by: her children, Carla C. Petry (Todd Petry) and Clifford A. Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Justin S. Petry (Jazmyn), Cody D. Petry (Nikki), Victoria P. Crutchfield and Alyssa M. Crutchfield; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Chandler, Mason, Wyatt, Carter, Jocelyn, Chloe, Stella and Zander; and her nieces, Tricia Lynn Lentz and Tracy Ann Temple.
