She is survived by: her children, Vicky Lynn Bretz of Vincent, OH, Debbie Garland Smith (Terry) of Reedsville, OH, Brenda Sue Hunt of Dobson, NC, Patricia Ann Powell of Parkersburg, WV and Charles Edgar Powell III (Tamara) of Bend, OR; her stepchildren, Donald Foncy Woollard II and Debbie Woollard of Parkersburg, WV; and her brothers, Cline Lilly (Debbie) and Dennis Farrell Lilly (Sue) of Hinton, WV. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
