He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Allen and Lillian Mariet Clendenin Grady of Buffalo, WV.; his wife Mary Ann Jenkins Grady; his children, Melissa Dawn Grady of Vincent, Stephanie Ann Grady of Vincent and Lawrence Keith Bays (Olivia) of Vincent; his grandchildren, Tyler Keith Bays and Zayne Matthew Tennant; his brothers, William Joseph Grady of Buffalo, WV., Terry Carl Grady of Buffalo, WV. and Jerry Wayne Grady of Buffalo, WV.; and his siblings' children, Mark Allen Grady Dakota "WJ", Zachary Allen Grady, Tyler Grady and Halie Pence. He is also survived by three great nephews.
