He is survived by: his wife Gale of Barlow; his daughter Megan Rexroad (Josh) of Veto; his stepsons, Matthew Moyers of Barlow and Todd Moyers of Marietta; his grandchildren, Khloe, Benett and Wyatt Rexroad of Veto; and his siblings, Carol Sue Kesterson (Harold Lee) of Barlow, Charles Ronald Hall (Karen) of Laurelville and Robert Leon Hall of Belpre. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dunham Fire Department.
