She is survived by : her children, Steve Owings, Billy Owings and Tonya Breeze; her grandchildren, Stephen C. Owings, Jr., Kelsey Breeze and Carson Owings; and her siblings, Jimmy Thompson and Chris Bussey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
