Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vicki Haskins (Vinton, Ohio), born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 55, on November 19, 2018. She was predeceased by : her parent Garfield Blazer, Jr.; and her sisters, Judy Blazer and Janet Donahue. She is survived by : her parent Virginia Jeffers Blazer; her husband Jay Haskins of Vinton; her children, Brad Haskins (Kelsey) of Cincinnati and Brandi Kline (Jake) of Gallipolis; her grandsons, Dylan Kline, Ethan Kline, Logan Kline and Jacob Haskins; and her brothers, Mike Blazer (Marlene) of Bidwell and Rick Blazer (Christi) of Gallipolis. She is also survived by three nephews; and other family and friends.
