She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Smith and Lillian Smith of Williamsport, PA. She is survived by : her husband William; her children, Denise Kiessling (Karl) of Viola, DE, Edwin of Elizabethtown, William (Marnie) of Rocklin, CA and Donna Adams (Tom) of Wadsworth; her siblings, Donna Fedder (Gene) of Montoursville, PA, Jane Smith (Carl) of Williamsport and Donald of Phoenix, AZ.; and also Dwight Strickland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations may be made in Patricia's name to Samaritan's Purse.
