We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Carol S. Deverna of Walbridge, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Jewell and Myrtle Jewell (Hammersmith); her parents-in-law, Dolas and Luella DeVerna; and her sister Judith Crandall.

She is survived by : her husband Richard R. DeVerna Sr.; her children, Richard DeVerna Jr. (Lisa) of Huron, OH, Scott DeVerna of Walbridge, OH and Renee McDaniel (Scott) of Walbridge; her grandchildren, Ashleigh DeVerna, Dylan DeVerna-McDaniel (Brookelynn), Samantha Wallace (Derick) and Zachary DeVerna (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Remington and Hazel; and her sisters, Linda Martinez, Marlene Rahm and Debbie Harding.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Alzheimer Association or the Lake Twp., Fire and EMS.
