He was predeceased by: his parents, John Osborne and Rhea Osborne (Vanbuskirk); and his brother William Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. (Postell); his children, Lillian Smith of Waldo and Charles Osborne (Sue) of Caledonia; and his siblings, Robert Osborne (Linda) of Indiana and Catherine Parks (Glen) of Michigan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
