She is survived by: her son John Hornsby (Miranda) of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Sarah of Shaina, J. T. and Jacob; her stepson Craig Hornsby of Marengo; her siblings, Dorothy Gillenwater, Butch Cain of Mason, W. Va and Lavern Syrus (Ron) of Dover, FL; and her close friend Jeff Cummins. She is also survived by 8 siblings.
