He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. and Grace L. Klingel, Sr. (Groll); his sister Barbara "Babs" A. Neff; his parents-in-law, Charles W. Ullmer and Eleanor D. Ullmer; and his sister-in-law Janet L. Ullmer.
He is survived by: his wife Joan K. Klingel; his children, Todd A. Klingel (Carrie) of Dublin and Gina R. Klingel of Marion; his grandchildren, Maxton Klingel, Adelyn Klingel and Hudson Klingel; his siblings, Ray Klingel (Mary Ann) and Judy M. Pope (Jerry); his brother-in-law Bryan Neff (Sibby); his niece Lori Ingram (Chuck); and his nephews, Joey Steinhauser (Sharon) and Jamey Steinhauser (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces and three great nephews; and lifelong friend Rev. Benny (Gail) Hopper, and countless friends.
