She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Lee Church; her children, David Lee Church Jr. (Sheila) and Tammie Crissman; her grandchildren, Mickala Anne Damm, Paul Damm, Matthew Crissman, Sara Crissman, Megan Crissman and Joshua Lively (JT); her great grandchildren, Adaline Crissman and Oliver Damm; and her siblings, Kenneth Adams (Kathy), David Adams (Judy), James Adams (late Janice), Brenda Williams (John), Robert Adams (Kathy) and Diane Blair (Puncho).
