Annette Newland Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Annette Newland of Wapakoneta, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Graydon Watt and Dorris Watt (Watkinson); her grandson Matthew Smith; and her sister June Bauman. She is survived by: her children, David Newland (Tanya) of Cridersville, Kendra Smith (Tim) of Wapakoneta and Bethann Fisher (Albert) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Amanda Lockard (Mark), Brian Smith (Patti Sunderland), Eric Smith, Baylee Smith, Nathan Fisher (Sadrin), Heather Fisher, Alex Fisher and Abbie Fisher; and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 Dixie Hwy, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cridersville Church of the Nazarene (500 S Dixie Hwy #25a, Cridersville, OH 45806). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (12502 Presar Rd, Wapakoneta, OH 45895).
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Cridersville Church of the Nazarene for a new sign.
