He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Hopkins and Arlene U. Hopkins (Weyer); and his brother Robert Lyle Weyer. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Setzer of Wapak; his children, Hope Rowley (Preston) of Huntsville, Benjamin P. Hopkins, Jr. of Wapak, Brynlee Jean Hopkins of Wapak and Briggs Robert Hopkins of Wapak; his grandchildren, Payton, Camden and Ruby Rowley; and his siblings, Paul Randall Hopkins (Barbara) of Belle Center, Regina Hopkins of Charleston, SC, Rodney Hopkins (Debbie) of Uniopolis, Craig Hopkins (Julie) of Sidney and Charlaine Martin (Keith) of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by several Nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McGuffey Church of Christ (203 Columbus St, McGuffey, OH 45859). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
