He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis W., Sr. and Helen M. Erb (Timmerman); his daughters, Desiree L. Hole (Josh) of Dublin, OH, Erica L. Preston (Doug Burke) and Mindy L. Webb (Jarret); his grandchildren, Derek, Makenzi, Reagan Hole, Paison, Emory, Oakley Preston, Ayla and Mylan Webb; his siblings, Deb Kaeck (Jim) of Wapakoneta, Pam Halfhill (Gary) of Wapakoneta, Mark Erb (Cheryl) of Wapakoneta, Mary Adkins (Jeff) of Wapakoneta and Todd Erb (Carol) of Wapakoneta; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Oen (Steve), Diana Penhorwood (Steve) and Vicki Winkler (Larry); his granddaughter Kylie Lou Hole; his parents-in-law, Maryellen and Orval "Bud" Hengstler; Louie. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
