He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy William Heath Sr. and Wanda June Davis Heath; his wife Sharon Lee Davis Heath; and his siblings, Andy Heath, Nancy Sayers and Opal Donley.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Turkal (Joe), Barbara Marple (Jeff), Sandy Stonebraker (Keith), Leroy Heath III (Lisa), Jim Heath (Lisa) and Vickie Heath; and his siblings, Ed Heath, Joe Heath, Robert Palmer, Vangie Bell, Norma Donley, Linda Heath and Brenda Stoner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will have private visitation and services at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Pastor Scott Black officiating.
