He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Bumgardner and Mildred P. Bumgardner (Kettlewell); his former wife Judith A. Bumgardner; and his sister Mary Lou Usenick. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Bumgardner (Baker); his former wife Michelle Speedy (Sean) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Jenna Tucker (Hayley), Matthew Hurley, Sarah, Kyle Craig, Greysen, Emeline and Lorelei Bumgardner; his great grandchild Mira Tucker; his stepchildren, Lori Carpenter (Clesson), Todd Baker (Melissa) and Larry Baker (Heidi); and his siblings, Jane Rebecca (Louis) of Warnock, Lara Crow (Greg) of Bellaire, Debra Lawrence (Tom) of Jacobsburg, Chester Bumgardner of Warnock and Lawrence Bumgardner of St. Clairsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
