He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Charles and Audrey L. Thomas Arnold; and his grandmother Alice D. Arnold. He is survived by : his sons, Steven T. Arnold of Warren, David P. Arnold of Warren, Charles Parks Sr. of Warren and Charlton Arnold of Jackson, Miss.; and his siblings, Gregory L. Arnold (Carolyn) of Columbus, Tony Arnold (Sherris) of Warren, Pierre Butch Arnold of Columbus and Beverly Brown of Warren. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
