She is survived by: her children, William Spencer (Bernice), Eileen Cunningham (William) of Knoxville and Charlene Robinson (Dale) of Edgewater; her siblings, Betty Crouser, Audrey Hiles of Edgewater, Patricia Schaffers of Windham, James Powers of Cleveland and Dennis Powers of Cleveland; and her spouse Charles E. Spencer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
