She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Happy" Crawley and Christine Mattison; her husband Victor Shockey; and her son Donald J. Tate. She is survived by: her sons, Philip B. Tate, Jr. (Lorrie), Royal Palm Beach and Dorian L. Shockey (Angel) of Marietta, GA; her siblings, Lisa Harvey Hill and Keith Harvey; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Jensen, Cameron, Selah, Cali, Maiya and Jayedon.
