He was predeceased by: his father Samuel B. McVay; and his brother Samuel B. McVay Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Vesta McVay (Sears); his children, Brianna McVay of Manhattan Beach, CA, Michael McVay II (Katie) of Girard, OH and Aaron McVay of Youngstown, OH; his siblings, Craig McVay of Champion, OH, Bette Nisbett (Dennis) of Cortland, OH and Richard McVay of Champion, OH; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Sardich, Madisyn McVay and Jaxson McVay.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
