He was predeceased by : his parents, William M. and Dorothy Shirley Ferry Barr Sr.; and his sister Tracy Ann Knowlton. He is survived by : his significant other Loretta J. Wilson; his children, William M. Barr, III (Nicole), Cristiene E. Barr of Newton Twp and Brittney M. Barr of Newton Twp; his grandsons, Caleb A. Barr and Thomas R. Brewer; and his brothers, Andrew A. Barr of Leavittsburg, Darell Schlegel of Newton Twp and John Nafe of Warren.
