He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Cunningham and Mary Cunningham (Herman) of Warsaw. He is survived by: his wife Judy Diane Shaw; his children, Kristie Vickers of Westerville, OH, Jamie Donaker (Mark), Jeff (Kat), Brad, Todd, Chad Cunningham and Eighteen; his grandchild Twenty; and his siblings, Mary Edith Powell (John) and Earl Cunningham. He is also survived by Twenty-nine Great-Grandchildren.
