She was predeceased by : her parents, Issac Robert and Suzannah Ellen Cowger (Collins); her sons, Steven Cowger and Harold Carr; her brother Harold Cowger; and her granddaughter Katie Carr.

She is survived by : her friends, Roger and Marilyn; her children, Robert Carr of Flat Rock, MI, Elizabeth Noakes of Dearborn Heights, MI, Margaret Ochoa (Daniel) of Zanesville, Albert Carr of Flat Rock, MI and Larry Carr (Melissa) of Lake, MI; and her sisters, Cora Degarmo of Frazeysburg and Shirley Degarmo of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
