She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jenkins and Virgie Jenkins; her husband Jack Eugene Perkins; and her siblings, Melvin, Mary, Betty, Joy and Mel.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Clary (James), Karen Rainsberger and Kevin Perkins; her grandchildren, Lisa Perkins, Jimmy Clary, Dustin Rainsberger, Seth Rainsberger, Amanda Miller (Jay) and Taylor Perkins; her great grandchildren, Kenyah'Da, Dalton, Delaney, Hunter, Kiara, Jordan, Laina, Kiya, Chayton, Brayden and Cameron; her siblings, Ruth Corns and Wayne; and her siblings-in-law, Edith Webber and Tom Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, along with a host of friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Summers Funeral Home (223 W Market St, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the Highlawn Cemetery (3260 US-22, Washington Court House, OH 43160).
