He is survived by : his parents, Daniel E. Fowler and Karol K. Fowler (Allen); his brother Danny Fowler; and his children, Desiree Williams, Kaelin Newman (Dakota), Isiah Williams and Feodore Fowler. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
