He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva K. Overly and Lelia Overly Stewart; and his brothers, Glenn Overly and Earl "Reed" Overly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen Brown; his siblings, Loy Overly of Washington, CH and June Elliott of Grove City; his nieces, Kristen Overly, Tonya Maurer, Jana Cassidy, Jodi Schuman, Lori Jo Geary and Jami Lovell; his goddaughter Cassie Long (Justin); and also, Carson Long (Cree) and Gracie Long.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Holland Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the New Holland Methodist Church – c\o Nikki Sheets – 154 East Front Street - New Holland, OH 43145.
