He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Terry and Thelma Terry (Webb); his siblings, Jimmy Terry, Bobby Terry, Louise Farmer, Jessie Cochran, Mabel Showalter, Willa Mae Kimball and Bill Terry; and his sibling-in-law Frankie Verderano.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Cathy Forsha; his children, Sonya Downey (Vonnie), Sheila Armentrout (Robin) and Stephen Forsha (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Annie Kendall (Stephen), Derek Hottinger (Rubie) and Breanna Hottinger (Gary Daugherty); his great grandchildren, Roland, Alexandria, Landon, Aayden, Logan, Leilah, Evan, Branden and Jeremiah; and his siblings, Bessie Bass, Harold Terry (Sue), Ronnie Terry (Jane) and Gregory Terry (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
