She is survived by: her children, Jack, Jeri, Michael, Lynne and Joe; her siblings, Jeri (late Glenn Milstead), Lynne (late Ingrid Bernstein), Sandy Boylan (Michael) and Joe (Shirley); her grandson James (Sandy); her children, Anthony (Michelle), Shelley (Brian Metz), Douglas (Linda), Krista (Joel Steiner), Kurt (Maren), Janet (Laury McIntyre), Bill (Sam) and Courtney (Joe Klinker); her caregiver Sandy Brown; her close friends, Margie Sollars, Mildred Murphy, Cindy Campbell Stout, Mary Belle Burris, Craig Jaynes, TJ Haley, Debbie Roby, Carolyn Shoemaker, Steve Fenters and Clarabelle Jones Yelletts; and her nieces, Jean Ann Davis and Carol Davis.
