It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Ruth Miller (Washington Court House, Ohio), who passed away on April 3, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Miller; and her sister-in-law Christine Garinger. She is survived by: her daughters, Garnet Miller Tripp of Portsmouth and Peggy Chaffin of Portsmouth; her stepson Ralph Miller, Jr.; her grandchildren, Preston, Breanna, Catherine, Sierra, Shyanne Chaffin, Amber Morris (Scott), Brandon Miller and Jayde Miller; her siblings, Gary Cottrell (Denise) of Florida, Douglas Cottrell, Pamela Bunch of Hillsboro and Debra Cottrell (Bill Simmons) of Hillsboro; and her niece Ashley Woolums. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
