She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Tracy and Dorothy Tracy (Merrill); and her brothers, Mark Tracy and Richard Tracy. She is survived by: her husband Craig Garbers of Wauseon, Ohio; and her siblings, Shay Meyer (Brian) of Wauseon, Ohio and Spencer Tracy (Cindy) of Sylvania, Ohio.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all services will be private with inurnment occurring at the Wauseon Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Fulton County Humane Society in Angela's memory.
