He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastasio Rodriguez and Elisa Rodriguez; his son Isaiah Aguilar; his granddaughter Jazzelyn Aguilar; and his sister Guillermina "Minnie" DelRio.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Aguilar; his children, Benjamin, Abraham Aguilar (Christiana), Salomon (Amber), Yolanda St (Robert), John, Linda Aguilar (James) and Saul (Raquel); his siblings, Daniel (Rose), Samuel (Marivic), Israel (Elosia), Noemi Beaverson, Dora (Raul), Mendez and Grayce Shaw; and also, Aguilar Rodriguez and Susan Rodriguez. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren;9 great grandchildren.
