Morales of Wauseon and Rosemarie Santiago of Toledo; and her siblings, Victor Velez, Jesus "Manny" Velez of Bryan, George Louis Velez of Queens, NY, Maria C. Pena of Brooklyn, NY and Maria M. Franqui. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
