She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Hawk and Bessie Rinehart Hawk; her siblings, Pauline, Betty, Bonnie Hawk, Mary Cathurn Baily, Martha Fyffe, Sherman, Robert, Floyd and Leroy Jr. Hawk; and her nephews, Gary and Rick.
She is survived by: her husband Lowell Dean Smith; her pet Buttons; her niece Tammy May; her brother-in-law David Bailey; Don Smith, Nick, Nora, Jacob, Laurie, Jeff Howard and Polly. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Eileen's wishes were in lieu of flowers you do something good to help a neighbor or give to your favorite charity.
